FAQs
Plan Your First Visit
Give Yourself time
Pre-register for class, arrive EARLY (5-10 min). Be sure to check in with the front desk and plan to stay for the entire class.
What to wear?
Wear comfy clothing that you can move easily in, remove your shoes prior to entering the studio and bring all valuables inside with you. Cubbies are available in the yoga room. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or strong scents.
What to bring?
If you have a yoga mat, bring it and maybe a towel and water too.

Where to park?
You can park in any spot in our lot that does not have a "no yoga parking" sign, on the street or in the extra lot at 1030 Railroad Ave.
Phones on silent
This practice is wifi free! We want all of YOU during class, so leave the technological distractions in your bag and make sure it’s on silent.
Some Classes are videotaped
Many of our classes have a virtual option. Signing up for class implies consent to be on video (but there are many spots not on video). *Videos are not public. They are posted in our members only video library.
Consent
Many of our teachers offer hands on assists. Placing one of the discs (located in a bowl by the teacher) in front of your mat, means you are a YES to being touched.
