Kat Shotz
Kat fell in love with Yoga after her first class in college. Throughout her life, she has held it close to her heart, even though her practice waxed and waned. Several years ago, she made a conscious choice to make yoga a bigger part of her life. She became disciplined. Since then, she has witnessed her body, mind and heart opening in many new ways. She is an RYT500 hours certified teacher. She is also a licensed marriage and family therapist with a speciality in grief.
Yoga touches us at different levels at different times in our lives- from a physical workout to a spiritual awakening. Kat offer classes to build strength, increase flexibility & balance, as well as breath work to help still the mind and reduce stress. Every time we practice, we are one step closer to experiencing greater well-being. Namaste.
