Laura Nash
Students love Laura's classes because she creates a safe and nurturing environment. She is warm, professional and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Her extensive knowledge and skill is evident in her expert
instruction and creativity in class. She always offers appropriate modifications and adaptations, making her classes very accessible to all ability levels.
In her classes, Laura aims to serve her students by facilitating the awareness of themselves as multidimensional, sentient beings, regardless of the ailments or limitations, perceived or real, which exist within them.
She supports students to move and breathe with intention through their bodies on and off the mat to experience themselves in their entirety; not just the parts of their body that feel good, or the parts that they have control over, but the ability to experience themselves in their wholeness.
All bodies are different and all yoga is adaptable. We all differ in our shape, strength, flexibility, mobility, height, weight, tension, energy level, and ability at any given time.
Laura has been teaching yoga for over 14 years. She is a E- 500 RYT, C-IAYT Adaptive Yoga Specialist, Multi-dimensional Yoga Instructor and bodyworker. She studied with Brenna Hatami and Derik Eselius. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist (From the Niroga Institute)
